What we need from you

  • Admin access to your accounting software
  • Access to each store, gateway or marketplace seller centre
  • Your accountant's preferred accounts for sales, fees and refunds

We set up and connect accounting, receipts and payroll software; we are not an accounting or bookkeeping firm. Your accountant or bookkeeper keeps the books, prepares your accounts and handles tax filings. Software subscriptions are opened in your name and paid by you directly to the provider.

Sales & Payout Sync — questions

Yes, but differently. Shopify, Stripe and PayPal connect directly. For Shopee and Lazada we use their settlement reports, or a connector where one is available for your account, and set up the mapping so fees and vouchers land in the right accounts.

Not always. For a single gateway the native integration is often enough. For stores with many orders, refunds or marketplaces, a summarising connector keeps the books clean. We recommend one in writing; any subscription is in your name.

Not as part of this package. We set it up going forward and check the first month. Cleaning up past months can be quoted, and your accountant decides how to treat them.
