Privacy policy

IT Sorted, Singapore. We handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

• Orders and enquiries: your name, email, phone (optional), business name, your brief and messages.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive the payment status, amount, card brand and last four digits — never full card numbers.
• Free check-up: the domain you enter, the public results and your IP address (to prevent abuse).
• Technical logs: IP address and browser information kept briefly for security.

We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal data.

Why we use it

To deliver what you ordered, communicate with you, issue receipts, keep accounting records required by law, prevent fraud and improve our services.

Access to your systems

When you invite us to your accounts we only access what is needed for your order. Data we see there is not copied or kept after the order is complete, except configuration notes needed to support you.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments), our email provider (to send messages) and our hosting in Singapore. Accounting records may be shared with a tax adviser or IRAS when required.

How long we keep it

Order, payment and receipt records are kept for 5 years for tax purposes. Enquiries that do not lead to an order and check-up records are deleted after 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask to access or correct your personal data, or withdraw consent for its use, by emailing hello@itsorted.online. We reply within 30 days.
