What we need from you
- Admin access to your accounting software
- Names of the people who submit receipts and who approves them
- Your list of regular suppliers
We set up and connect accounting, receipts and payroll software; we are not an accounting or bookkeeping firm. Your accountant or bookkeeper keeps the books, prepares your accounts and handles tax filings. Software subscriptions are opened in your name and paid by you directly to the provider.

Receipts & Bills Capture — questions
It depends on your accounting software and volume. Some accounting plans already include receipt capture, so we check what you pay for today before suggesting a paid app like Dext.
It reads the supplier, date and amount and learns your regular suppliers. Categories follow rules agreed with your accountant, and anything unusual is left for a person to check.
Yes. Staff photograph a receipt, add a note, and the approver sees it on their phone before it is published to your accounts.
