Answer a short brief
Instead of a meeting, a guided form asks the questions we would ask on a call — your business, what you already have, deadlines and preferences.

Pay securely online
Checkout runs on Stripe with PayNow, cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your receipt is issued automatically and stays on your order page.
Custom work: pay only after you accept the quote.

Give access the safe way
We send exact steps to invite us to your accounts as staff or admin — so you never share passwords, and you can remove us any time.
We never ask for passwords by email.
Step 5
Follow progress on one page
Your private order page shows the status, every message, preview links, files and receipts. You get an email whenever something needs your attention.

Step 6
Review, refine, done
You review the delivery and request changes within the included revisions. When you're happy, we mark it complete and hand over a short written guide.

Correct. Everything happens in writing on your order page — it is faster for both sides and you get a record of every decision. If something needs your input, we ask a specific question there.
Yours. Domains, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, Stripe, Shopify and any tools are created in your business name and paid by you directly. We work through a staff or admin invite that you can remove at any time.
Exactly what is listed under “What's included” on each service. Third-party costs such as domain fees, software licences or Stripe fees are paid directly to the provider and are listed under “Not included”.
Online through Stripe with PayNow, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Care plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled any time. Prices are in SGD; we are not GST-registered, so no GST is added.
Each service includes rounds of revisions. If we cannot start your order, you get a full refund. See the refund policy for details.
