Terms of service

IT Sorted, Singapore. These terms apply to every order placed on this website. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. What you are buying

Each service page describes what is included, what is not included, what we need from you and the expected delivery time. That description forms the scope of your order. Work outside it is quoted separately before it starts. Custom work follows the written quote you accept on your order page.

2. How we work

  • All communication happens in writing, on your private order page and by email. We do not provide phone or video support or on-site visits.
  • Delivery times are in Singapore business days and start once we have payment, your brief and the access we need.
  • Revisions are limited to the number stated on the service page and to the agreed scope.
  • If we wait more than 30 days for information or access from you, we may close the order; see the refund policy.

3. Your accounts and third-party services

We set up domains, email, payment, store and other accounts in your name and you pay providers (such as Microsoft, Google, Shopify, Stripe or your domain registrar) directly. Their terms and fees apply to you. We are not responsible for outages, price changes or decisions made by third-party providers, including account verification or approval of WhatsApp templates and payment accounts.

You give us access through invitations you can remove at any time. You should remove our access when an order is complete unless you are on a care plan.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in Singapore dollars. We are not registered for GST, so no GST is charged. One-off services are paid upfront. Care plans are billed monthly in advance until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card details.

5. Your content and materials

You confirm that you have the right to use the text, images, logos and data you give us. When you have paid in full, you own the deliverables made specifically for you. We may reuse general know-how, code snippets and templates that are not specific to you.

6. Security and compliance services

Security and PDPA services are practical configuration and documentation work. They reduce risk but cannot guarantee that no incident will happen. They are not legal advice, and we do not provide penetration testing, which in Singapore requires a licensed provider.

7. Liability

We carry out work with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order (for care plans, the fees paid in the previous three months). We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Keep your own backups of important data.

8. Refunds and cancellations

See the refund policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
