What's included

  • Monthly patch window: OS security updates and CMS, plugin and app updates applied and checked
  • Dependency report reviewed; safe minor and security updates applied (we ask first if anything could break)
  • Check that malware scans, firewall rules, brute-force protection and backups are still on and working
  • Monthly restore test from the off-site backup, with proof
  • Certificate, domain and licence renewal tracker
  • Monthly report: what was updated, what is still due, and anything worth acting on from the daily scan emails

We set up and look after trusted security products that you license in your own name. We are not a penetration-testing or security operations centre (SOC) provider. Under Singapore's Cybersecurity Act those services need a CSA licence, and we're happy to point you to licensed providers.

Server Protection Care — questions

Yes, or something equivalent. If your server was hardened by someone else, we review it in the first week and tell you upfront what needs fixing before the plan can start.

Security patches and minor updates are applied in the patch window and checked afterwards. Anything with a real risk of breaking the app, such as a major version, is listed in the report with our recommendation and waits for your OK.

No. It is planned maintenance plus help in business hours when you forward us an alert. The automated scans and alerts run every day on their own and email you directly.
